All packages are tracked. You will recieve tracking information once your order is shipped out.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We can process refunds before the end of the pre-order period. After it ends, we cannot offer refunds.
We will not accept exchanges or returns on goods. If you would like to cancel or change your order please contact us before the pre-order period ends. Email us with the name you used and order number you recieved when placing your order.
DAMAGED GOODS
We try our best to package everything safely, but we cannot control any damage that happens in transit. We are also not responsible for any damages that happen after the goods have been removed from their packaging.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship out of the United States to anywhere in the world, including the UK and EU. We are not responisble for any additional shipping or customs fees.
CHANGE/UPDATE SHIPPING ADRESS
To change or update your shipping adress please email us with the name you used on your order, the order number you recieved, and your new address.
ADDITIONAL INFO
Buyers will be contacted through email if a their package was returned because an address was wrong or unable to accept mail. We will reship the package but the buyer will need to pay for a new shipping fee.
